Munson Boats save lives

An abundance of open deck space, numerous high-speed power options, water-tight compartmentalized hulls, and a drop-down bow door are ingredients for a fire/rescue boat that is capable of performing a variety of life saving duties in the most demanding conditions. When you buy a Munson Fire Boat, you are making an investment in a vessel that has over four decades of proven performance and customer satisfaction – a boat that is both incredibly practical and capable of safely responding when Mother Nature is not cooperating.

We recognize that the same boat isn’t ideal for all fire & rescue applications. Therefore, every Munson fire and rescue boat is built to order and fully outfitted with all of the necessary features and specifications that are exactly right for the duties it will be expected to perform. We offer numerous options to assist fire and rescue professionals including CBRNE equipment, dive ladders, tank holders, EMS benches, hose storage and foam induction systems.

Our clients say it best…

“Susquehanna Hose Company is very pleased and proud that the boat and fire pump performed exceptionally well during this devastating incident.”

Our clients say it best…

“I thought you may be interested in a couple photos of your Munson Fire Boat in action during fire suppression operations. Susquehanna Hose Company is very pleased and proud that the boat and fire pump performed exceptionally well during this devastating incident.  The pump provided continuous water flow for approximately six hours, suppressing the fire and protecting the exposures.  Multiple fire department crews were able to contain the fire to the building of origin.  Fire boat crew played a significant role in controlling the fire and preventing involvement of the exposure buildings.  All occupants were accounted for with only minor injuries.  The fire building was a total loss: however, the exposure buildings suffered only minor exterior damage.

Thanks to all at Munson for standing behind your product, and special Thanks to Justin Lagerwey for his time and dedication to keeping the customer supported.”
